Kayboku’s debut Bitnormal release is a highly collaborative genre-bending EP with sounds spanning from drum n bass and hip-hop all the way to psy-trance with live instrumentalism and experimental vocals. The EP features rhymes and vocals by Emerald, Vulivuli and Alana J as well as collaborations with Reo and Koji Matsumoto, Frances Wildfoot, Sparkles and a remix by Men Imitating Machines.

Kayboku is a master collaborator, beat-maker, DJ, VJ, visual designer, sound engineer, promoter and remixer. He constantly concerns himself with genre-bending projects that involve experiments with electronic bands and vocalists (The Wednesday Experiment project and the Wednesday Experiment band), socially concious hip-hop (he DJ’s for Bahdoesa and Indigo Rising), local Melbourne collaborative releases (Emerald and Kayboku – Amalgamation EP) and remix projects (for Bitnormal’s Men Imitating Machines, Rachel by the Stream and many others).
